The Municipal Court of the City of Desloge is a division of the 24th Judicial Circuit Court of the State of Missouri. The jurisdiction of the Municipal Court shall extend to all cases involving alleged violations of the ordinances of the City. The Judge of the City's Municipal Court shall be known as a Municipal Judge of the 24th Judicial Circuit Court, and shall be appointed to his/her position by the Board of Aldermen for a period of two (2) years.

Municipal court is held typically the second Tuesday of every month. Entrance to the municipal court is the front (west side) entrance to city hall. Municipal court begins at 4pm.
